As a business that serves the local and in some cases the broader community it is important that we grow our business by listening to our customers, something we have built our reputation on to date.

We believe it is important and crucial to our business to know our customers and the best way to do that is to ask for your comments and opinions on our business and how we can improve, and indeed if we make mistakes firstly we want to put them right but also investigate why we made the mistake in the first place.

We operate from our premises in Crosby Liverpool and serve the wider community on a Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial basis.

 Welcome to Arc Electrical “April Newsletter,

 How has the last few months been for us as a business, well!  we have been keeping  busy, however we are learning that in difficult times we need to apply ourselves better and do things  different, ensuring  we are not only doing things better but also learning and improving our services..

Our customer base is growing and we are now  looking into new initiatives for marketing our services,  so don’t be surprised if you receive information through your inbox, we are keen to keep our customers up to date with any changes to legislation, and keep you all abreast of any work that we have completed and the dates of completion.

We have learnt that when the Market is tough then we have to put our thinking caps on and look at not only what we offer, but also the way we offer,

We are always mindful that our business has and will continue to grow with the service and workmanship we offer.

So looking at more intelligent ways to improve our service has been key to sustaining our business growth through the recession.

This is where we need your help; it is not possible to get feedback from everyone we do work for, however we would like to get as much information as possible from all our customers.

Also we are keen to collect data from each customer we do work for so we can keep you up to date with changes as mentioned earlier.

All our engineers will ask our customers to fill out a feedback card once we have completed the work for you.

We have also introduced a new policy whereby we will ring you from time to time throughout the year to inform you of any changes to legislation or that may affect your business?

 We will  just have a quick chat to see if you require any of our services, as well as the e mails we send, we like to make sure we are thorough and our customers are happy.

We have over the last few months had  a complete over haul of our services and workmanship as you are aware we are a fully compliance company, and we keep abreast of training and new regulations , all our engineers are fully trained and work to the highest industry standard.

What we have learnt over the last few months that if there is a need to review your services it is when the market is tough,  we  and aim to have monthly checks in place for all our staff, we also want to give complete confidence to all our customers that when you require any of the services we offer? WE ARE YOUR FIST CHOICE.

May I also take this opportunity to thank all of our customers that have taken the time to give us your constructive feedback; your observations have been invaluable to making sure we are improving our business and our service.
